The only one that was ok and I could identify (as an Islay scotch) was Creag Isle 12. That was decent. Weird thing is for the prices I could identify name brands that were better and less expensive or equal cost. I would advise people to go very carefully with Total Wine in-house brands. Grangestone was one of them that I tried and did not like.

We’ve tried their bourbon cask finished spirit before and enjoyed it — so I’m hoping that their rum finished scotch will be just as tasty and satisfying. And there’s only one way to find out… with our tried-and-true taste tests.
